AH.... THE FULL ENGLISH

Why do we call a full english breakfast "the full english"? Did we really invent it? Was there once an Englishman who said "Instead of porridge tomorrow why don't we have..."? If there was then God bless that man, or woman, although I can't imagine a woman designing something that grand knowing full well she'd probably end up cooking it!

Anyway.. I had a full English today! You probably guessed that.
