Here in the UK we are all caught up in Royal Wedding fever. Our future King William is getting married to Miss Catherine Middleton on Friday. I'm saluting while typing this, take my word for it.

Occasions like this don't come around too often, the last one for us Brits was back in 2005 when Prince Charles married a bloke called Camilla. Low key affair attended by just Elton John and his partner I think. Before that it was Shrek and Fiona in Shrek 2. What a party that was, those Scots know how to celebrate!

May the happy couple stay happy, and healthy, for many years to come. We wish them well!

Morning Everyone

Whilst reading a reputable womens magazine over the weekend (there was nothing else to read in the house.. honest!) I stumbled across a recipe for "apple charlotte". What the heck is a charlotte??? Someone tell me what was wrong with the old fashioned dishes like "crumble" or "pie" or my favourite, the "tart". Whatever next? A Raspberry Doris? or a Rhubarb Babs? Give me a tart any day!

FOCUS ON.... STRAPPING MADE EASY!

For those customers sending multiple parcels by carrier every day, you might want to consider saving time and money with the Mr Mailroom  SEMI-AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE.

It'll ensure the parcel is keep bound nice and tightly during transit and as so easy to use you'll wonder how you stumbled along without it. Simply place the parcel on the height adjustable playform, bring the strapping across the box and slide it into the slot and the machine tightens as required. It will even cut the strap leaving it ready and waiting for the next consignment.


We did plan to put up a video clip of us strapping up one of the girls in the office but the strapping reel ran out half way! Only joking ladies!

One full day of sunshine and the whole country is already wilting in the "heat". What a nation of wimps we are, yours truly included. I like the Spanish idea of a siesta during the afternoon but I doubt this has much mileage in the UK so lets brace ourselves of a full summer of: 

• sitting in front of a desk fan while it blows warm air at your face..
• moaning to get the office air-con fixed, which gets done just in time for Autumn..
• effectively running out of work energy by 3 o'clock every day
